  1. Although some won’t think so, except on this site, the kitchen is my favorite room with the original kitchen sink. And the vintage stove and refrigerator! What is not to love! I hope they still work and are included in the house!

  2. I’m no expert, but the little tiny sliver I can see looks a whole lot like a Thibaut wallpaper mural over the bathtub and I just kinda love it. This was the 1960’s era answer “creating a spa-like relaxation retreat” in one’s bathroom.

  3. Perfect little gem. Love that kitchen, unpainted woodwork, and banister.

    Sweet street appeal, too!

  4. Love it! Love the kitchen, the carpet in the living room and the linoleum in the one bedroom!!!

  5. I love oldhousedreams.com ! Hubby and I are now in the double wide 55 and older community years , but I still dream about living in an historic old home again and this page fulfills my dreams. Love seeing these beauties especially the ones with authentic old details.

  6. What a sweet little house. It appears to be on a charming piece of property too. I would love it.

  7. Great little house! I’m kinda liking the carpet, too. LOVE the kitchen sink and appliances. This would be a fun one to work with.

  8. Love this house and I love the kitchen. Cannot tell if the pantry has been made into a downstairs bath. It makes me sad when this happens although I understand. I love pantries. One house I had had 2! One for storage and the other a butlers attached to the dining room.

  9. It seems like the only bathroom in the house is the one in the kitchen. No bathroom at all upstairs. That may be one of the reasons the price is so low. The home isn’t in bad shape, and that kitchen is adorable!

  10. This looks like a fabulous buy for this location. Not a lot of work needed on the house, beautiful yard and nice part of Ohio. I visited this area on a business trip about a year ago..
