A Cranford Craftsman unlike any other! This home was relocated to this location in 2004, at that time it got a new foundation, egress windows in the basement, new plumbing and new electric with five bedrooms and 2 baths all while retaining the beautiful built-in cabinetry, incredible woodwork and floors, lovely covered front porch, full sprinkler system and 2 car detached garage-don't miss out on this great classic home!

  1. Wow, tons of cabinetry in the kitchen, plus a built-in ironing board, no less! Cool! 👌🏼

  2. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover-The home looks small from the outside, but actually huge. Quite a feat to relocate a home & on such a small lot.
Love, love, love the kitchen & bath.
The price is a reminder of why we didn’t buy a home in Colorado.

  3. Love this house–so glad they left most of the updating to the renovated basement. Although, do the experts on the board think some colonnades were removed between the living room and the dining room? It seems awfully “open concept”.

Love the kitchen cabients–so glad they didn’t gut that room!

    • I was wondering the same. I am in love with the built in buffet in the “dining room” and that kitchen has me drooling!

    • Yes, I am sure the colonnades were once between those two areas on that big beam that separates them. The most intact and yet remotely affordable Craftsman I have seen in CO. I will go to see this one! Love the kitchen except counter top. Could rent the basement to pay the mortgage. Thanks Kelly!

  4. Wish I could move this house one more time.. to Idaho! Love the kitchen and the built-ins!

  5. Dining room built in and the kitchen and the clawfoot tub and the fireplace and the veranda … yes please!!!

  6. sweet house, and in Denver would be more than double that price. My former little bungalow in Denver is literally not even half the house this is, and it’s current value is $500k! (I really messed up on timing — I sold when it was nowhere near that value, darn it!)
Greeley is somewhat remote, but a cute town, BUT almost always smells like cows, and it is pretty strong.
