Pristine condition. Structurally sound. Electric, plumbing, HVAC, roof and windows replaced since 2003. Its just like a modern home with charming historical character. Large circular driveway. Extra city lot in back can be subdivided. Additional Attic space can be finished to increase living area. No HOA.

Looks like a Radford, like this one: https://www.oldhousedreams.com/2016/01/27/1906-tahlequah-ok/

I think there’s another on the site of this design but don’t remember where (it predates my Radford category so doesn’t show up when searching for Radford.)

Well loved and cared for home. Lots to like!

I know it says “Craftsman-Style,” but this is screaming small Queen Anne to me. The woodwork is decidedly Victorian and not Craftsman, IMHO

  4. This is a beautiful house, I really like all of the woodwork. I wish that it had a bedroom on the bottom floor. The location and lot is ideal with this beautiful house. The dropped ceiling is the only thing that I would change.
