  1. Might be a little more updated than I normally post but there’s something about this one that I love (minus the recessed lights!) I’m relaxed just looking at it.

    • On second thought, it’s not really more updated than I normally post, I do. It’s just that I normally don’t care so much for the more updated than I normally post ones. 😀 But this one I REALLY like.

      • Love this one too! Kelly, thanks for posting! The setting is so serene, and… those wide plank wood floors! AND a RED Barn?! LOVE!!!

  2. 32 photos on the Realtors’ site and not ONE SINGLE shot of any of the 3 bathrooms? Wha????

  3. Some of those wide planks upstairs are massive! I’d un-modernize the kitchen a bit and live in it forever 🙂

  4. Yes, it’s s bit too updated probably but still plenty of charm left. That fireplace wall with the wood and the wide beam floors sold me, not to mention that killer pond.

  5. love the fountain on the pond, the stained glass lil window, this place reminds me of that movie, with chevy chase

  6. Just saved this on my Zillow favorites (a thing I do). 🙂 What a dream! Newfane is stunning, would love to live there!

  7. I have been blown away by Irma into one of those chairs and am cool and relaxed. I love this. First day back with Internet after 9 days and I am ready to move. My little bungalow survived but my beloved tress are gone. Our city coral gables was hit quite hard in particular are lush canopy. But we are safe . Think now this is the last big hurricane I want to go through. This house looks so inviting. It even has the identical bed I have in my guest room. Is it a sign.

    • Amanda, glad you and your home are safe. Come on up! Being raised a military kid, we lived everywhere but the New England life is best for me. Hope you like 5 seasons because we have them – Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Mud.

  8. Love everything about this house. The setting is amazing. Gorgeous wood floors, and the pond makes me want to set there all day and relax.
