How can this possibly be only $75,000? Beautiful bones. It doesn’t look in bad shape at all, and the street view is so charming!

Our house closes in 30 days. Maybe we should just move to Ohio!

What paint can do for this one. Could be soooo nice.

Love this place! I could move in just like it is, and work on the rooms that need painting, etc. The fireplaces are wonderful! Some lucky person will really enjoy this home.

Beautiful home! The street view shows a nice tree lined street of equally beautiful homes! Hard to believe the price even with the work it needs!

That price, that beautiful street view, that sunroom, that staircase and foyer … not a white kitchen fan but that is something that could be painted, stained or changed, Ohio has such charming old houses and old house streets, and I have a friend in Ohio, geez only if I could get my husband to agree LOL.

I am curious what’s your thoughts on the stone fireplace though, it just seems odd to me?

  8. This house is pretty much great as is and that has to be one of the prettiest streets I’ve ever seen! Lovely homes all over the place!

Just gorgeous! I could like in Ohio, easily! What a great price and with a little TLC, a charmer.

Wow, I love this house. A little paint, some kitchen tweaks, but otherwise gorgeous.

Is the house on Cadwell for rent to own?

Southern Ohio, but so close to beautiful hills and state forests. You get a real deal in this economically challenged town. They have festivals and local pride.
Love the fireplace and the woodwork.

    No pictures of the bathrooms?

  17. Marie says: 230 comments

Yes, would love to see some bathroom pics. Also no mention of electrical, heating or outdoor pics of the property. And I’m assuming it has a basement?

Seems a good buy. The fireplace is cobble stone. Which are small stones set in rows. These small stones were all over, back when this house was made. Just a matter of sorting and setting them. Lots of houses are made of these.

I love this house! My mom talks about going to visit relatives from Chillicothe, Ohio. I think of this as that house, lol! I’m going to have to check with her to see if she remembers the street name!

Seems too easy.Thats a lot of beauty for the price, maybe its only skin deep? Id love to see the basement, or the 2 1/2 baths.
