  2. This is yet another example of a George F. Barber designed home. This little gem exemplifies Barber’s belief that artistic architecture should be attainable by all, even those with limited means. The design used for this home was initially published in Barber’s second edition of his “New Model Dwellings” pattern books, which was published in 1895/96. It is highly likely that this home dates to around that time frame, rather than the 1900 listed. This house was likely a rental, prior to being listed on the market.
