I like this nice rather plain Queen Anne. Not a lot of gingerbread and fol de rols, but a basic midwestern family home with tons of potential.

The outside is a little too plain for my taste. The interior surprised me. This home has beautiful natural woodwork, very nice.

One of the original porch posts is visible and indicates that it once had a somewhat more decorative porch. I would imagine also, based on the neighbor houses, that there was once an ornate gable piece to compliment.

Nice, quiet design that could benefit from a poly-chromatic exterior painting. I’ve seen some nice examples when the colors are muted. Neighborhood compliments the house. Price seems realistic.

The outside is so “untelling” of the inside, although description mentioned a lot of the flooring was new laminate, I’m a wide board hardwood nut LOL. This home is a nice deal for a family to love

I agree that the outside needs something to make it look as good as the inside does. Although I think the kitchen is cute it would look better with wood cabinets not painted.

I really love that the restrooms have high ceilings. Lovely space and airy feeling that it creates. Good idea!
