Old city, University of Tennessee is here, gateway to the Smoky Mountains. Variety of demographics in the area, but beautiful country and work opportunities in many fields.

This property is on the south side, about 6 or 7 minutes from the main University campus. It’s a pretty typical-of-the-area small farm house.

Right size of house and project for us. I love the grand houses but at our age it would be futile to own one. This size would be great.

Knoxville is awesome, coming from a Midwest girl. Especially if you like college towns
