Ugh, that crooked picture of the side window by the front door was a mean trick! I thought it was a photo of a beautiful skylight in the ceiling! The dimensions of the photo threw me off. But the umbrellas finally made me realize what I was actually looking at. Booooo!

Great house! I wouldn’t change anything but the big PEPTO PINK bathtub. A big walk in shower would be a little more useful and tasteful.

Love the pink bathroom! Wish there were more pictures of this beautiful place.

Tear up carpets and you have a gem….classic lines….it carries a stateliness and is in exceptional condition…as New Englander it’s hard to believe home of this level of quality and design can be had at this price….

This has been a great week for houses. So many that have received a good deal of maintenance and yet many original features remain. This house is a beauty.

A really nice, classic – in the American NE, at any rate – sort of house. Large linen cupboard, which is always good. So is having a breakfast nook – would’ve liked to have seen it. Yep, would take out the carpeting to expose the have-to-be-there HW floors. And that pink/pink bathroom is too much for me, but would prob learn to live with it.

Love this house! The butler’s pantry, the linen closets in the hall, the beautiful windows on the stairs…oh, I love it all!

Only 3 Owners since built! Colonial Revival homes always speak to me. Looks to be mostly well maintained & a very lovely home & floor plan. STAIRS always need either a stair runner rug or carpeting that this home has; unless it is an Ancient Home & scratches and gouges are desired. Otherwise, wood stairs get scratched & gouged. At this price, new owner can make any changes their heart desires.

Fabulous classical revival with all the great custom details that give it elegance and livability I would never change that pink tub!! Love the butlers pantry. Might consider a neoclassicly styled runner for the stair area rugs in lower floors

I love this house but, at the same time, it makes me a little sad to think of why it’s now on the market. The cane by the door, the handrails in the bathroom, the traditional decor. A house that was obviously loved for many years. I hope it finds a new family that will care for it for another hundred years.

Wondering why it’s on market at this price. Anybody know anything about the area? Or the house, about the only thing I’d change would be that bathroom. Seems to have survived the years with relatively few changes

I have been to Titusville pa before, not a bad area at all but not too much industry there anymore, but not far from Erie pa, Titusville was the birthplace to the oil industry.

There is nothing “wrong” with Titusville–it is a nice small town. This house is so elegant and I pretty much love everything about it!

I love the pink bathroom! That sold me on the house, along with all the built-ins. Very nice, unspoiled house.
