This really is a dream. I love the brick work the style and everything.It would be fun to make this a single family home.
$16000 in taxes is just plain silly. Not even worth a glance with that string attached.
One of my more creative neighbors has a Victorian with lines from Tolkien both carved and painted into the ceiling joists in similar fashion.
Wow! That is great creativity to make it their own.
