Yes and it looks like the antique owners may have partially restored the house. This house appears to have good potential. Spindlework would need to be added to the front porches and a I think new exterior color would be in order. (after a scrape/sand/and spackle of course). I like the stone outbuilding that has a 8″ wide crack in the stonework full height.
I could be pursuaded into making an offer but where in the world would the old folks that are living there go?
